If you wish to see whales like Beluga and Orca and other sea creatures, Vancouver Aquarium is the right place to check out when you are in Stanley Park. There are also other attractions like the Miniature Train and Children’s Farmyard that are located near the Aquarium.

Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is another attraction that will turn back the clock of time to the 15th Century China. The Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is the first garden of its kind outside of China. Through this Garden you can have a glimpse of the Chinese scholar’s life in the course of the Ming Dynasty.

Another great place to see is Grouse Mountain, which is part of the North Shore Mountain of BC. This area is perfect for outdoor sports and other activities. During winter time, there are around twenty six ski runs and an ice rink that are being operated on the mountain. From January to December, you can enjoy regular features like the mountain theater, aerial tram, zip lines, and wildlife sanctuary.

If you want more entertainment, visiting Granville Island should not be missed more so if you love and enjoy dealing with different cultures. If you love shopping, it is worth to visit this 37-acre island and relish the beauty of its culture. Granville Island could be reached via Aquabus, a flotilla of undersized ferries that are operated by electricity as they carry folks through False Creek. Granville Island boasts interesting places like the superb public market, sophisticated shops, and numerous gallerias of arts.
